Customer commands

Customers can send short messages on a connected channel. Only linked owners can run order actions.

Examples

`refill order 123`	Ask for a refill on an order
`partial order 123`	Ask about a partial order
`speed up 123`	Ask to speed up an order
`cancel order 123`	Cancellation (may be limited or coming soon)
`status order 123`	Status check (may be limited or coming soon)

Replace 123 with a real order ID that belongs to the linked username.

If the sender is not linked, or the order is not theirs, the bot denies the request.
Some actions notify your provider instead of changing the order instantly.
Some actions may only return an estimate until fuller automation is available on your plan.
