A Channel is how customers message you. Connect at least one before testing commands.

WhatsApp

  1. Open Channels → add WhatsApp.
  2. Scan the QR code with WhatsApp → Linked Devices.
  3. Wait until the channel status is active.
Use a dedicated number for support when you can. If the channel disconnects, open it again and rescan.

Telegram

  1. Create a bot with @BotFather and copy the token.
  2. In Channels, add Telegram and paste the token.
  3. Connect and confirm the channel is active.
If you regenerate the token in BotFather, update or recreate the channel in SMMPANEL AI.

Website widget

  1. Open widget settings from Channels.
  2. Copy the embed snippet.
  3. Paste it on your site where chat should appear.
  4. Send a test message and confirm it shows in Inbox.

Tips

  • Give each channel a clear internal name.
  • You can run more than one channel on the same system.
  • Plan limits may apply to some channel types.
