# What is SMMPANEL AI?

> SMMPANEL AI helps SMM panel operators handle customer support over chat with ownership checks and team tools.

SMMPANEL AI is a support platform for SMM panel operators. You connect your panel and messaging channels, then help customers with order requests while your team works from one place.

## Who it is for

* Panel owners who manage account, plans, and systems

## Key terms

| Term | Meaning |

| **Account** | Your login for My Systems, billing, and team invites |
| **System** | One support panel you launch from My Systems |
| **Channel** | WhatsApp, Telegram, or website widget |
| **Customer** | A chat sender, often linked to a panel username |
| **Command** | A short customer message that requests an order action |

## Ownership in plain words

Order actions only work when the sender is linked to the panel username that owns that order. If the link or ownership does not match, the request is denied.
